Warm-up and Competition Equipment: AAI Elite Bars, Beam and Vault Board and Table, AAI Graphite Floor 20cm mats will be used on all events
Entry Fee: $100.00 per gymnast Qualifying Score: 34.00 AA
Age Groups: There will be Eight Age Divisions determined by the National Office. CLICK HERE to see the CHART. Coaches Please remember all entries for Nationals will be done on a data base available thru the USA-Gymnastics website. Any Gymnast who qualifies for Regional's must be pre-entered on the data base prior to the Level 10 Regional Competition. This format will be used for registration for any gymnast who qualifies for JO Nationals.
Awards: Individual and All Around awards will be presented to each age group at the conclusion of each session. Six places for events and Seven places for All Around.
Meet Times: The Parkettes and Region VII will post meet times on our web site when determined.
Coaches Meeting: Will be held during the Open Stretch of each session.
Admission Fee: $10.00 adults 13 and over $7.00 Senior Citizens and children ages 12 to 2. Weekend fee: $15.00
Senior Bio's: Please have any graduating Senior complete their Sr. Bio and return to the Parkette Gym with a Senior picture by April 16, 2011. Pictures may be emailed to jemerick@parkettes.com

Team Seven Edge Clinic: Will be held at the Parkettes Gym on Monday April 23rd 8:30am-1:00pm
Who: All gymnasts who have qualified to nationals, and alternates, and their coaches
Note: All gymnasts attending this clinic must be accompanied by a coach from their gym (preferably the
coach that will be attending nationals)
Free to all gymnasts, coaches and judges. Region 7 will pay entry fees to nationals for all gymnasts who
attend the clinic with their coaches. This is a sanctioned event and Regional CPE's will be awarded to judges
in attendance.
The objective of this camp is to unify the gymnasts and coaches in preparation for the best outcome at nationals.
This will include a training day simulation to prepare for training at nationals. The gymnasts will then be
grouped according to age group, and 2 age groups will rotate to each event. Team leaders will be assigned to
each age-group to help strategize equipment settings and warm-ups for each event. Warm-up format will be
practiced at each event. Judges will be assigned to each event to review deductions from regionals.
It will be a packed but productive morning!!! Be ready to start at 8:30 sharp.
