What Your Athlete Will Gain:
- Basic tumbling skills for novice tumblers
- Drills and progressions for teaching the standing back handspring
- Technique instruction for the standing back handspring and standing tuck
- Instruction and spotting for round-off back handsprings and tucks
- Instruction for advanced skills, including layouts and twisting skills
