Here's How:

New Students

New students may join at any time as long as there is a vacancy in your desired class. To register, CLICK HERE to complete the necessary information, then choose your class day and time and submit your registration to our friendly customer service representative. You can also find the day and time of your class using our live schedule found on the CLASS SCHEDULE page and complete the registration process by clicking the word "Register" next to the class of your choice. If a class is full, your name will be placed on a waiting list. Tuition will be pro-rated relative to your start date. If you prefer, feel free to walk in and register during regular business hours.

Enrollment Information

Each student must register by completing an application form and a release form. Family members with the same address may fill out one application form. BOTH parents must sign the release form. You will only be notified if your first-choice class is full. If your child does not start the first week, we will ensure a smooth transition into the proper class and the cost will be pro-rated. Parents and visitors are welcome to observe from our second floor only. Parkettes is not responsible for items left in your vehicle.

PRO-RATED AMOUNT (LATE SIGNUP)
If you decide to join after the semester has begun, no problem…. The amount shown is a 12-week fee. 
The amount you will be charged will be confirmed to you via email or a confirmation phone call.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE: This is due upon enrollment, and is effective through August 31, 2025. This fee is not included in the class fee ($35.00 per person, $20.00 each additional family member). Fees may be paid by MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, check or cash. Payments may be given at the office or sent by mail. Make checks payable to PARKETTES and write the name of person(s) attending class, day, time and phone number on each check.

ENROLL ONLINE: When you enroll on-line, you must provide a credit card or bank draft information in your family portal. If you would like to pay with cash, please contact us at 610-433-0011 to make arrangements.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: A service charge of $30.00 will be assessed for each RETURNED CHECK. A FINANCE CHARGE OF 25% will be added to the balance owed each month payment is not received.
SIBLING DISCOUNT AVAILABLE 1st student: Full rate • 2nd student: 10% off lowest price • Additional students: 15% off lowest price.

CLASS WITHDRAWAL FORMS: These forms can be found on HERE. A class withdrawal form must be filled out one month prior to the next session starting in order to avoid being charged for the next session.

ATTIRE: A leotard is the preferred attire for girls; gym shorts and a t-shirt for boys. Children should remove all jewelry and tie shoulder-length hair back.

WARM-UP: This 10-15 minute activity begins each class. It helps students to develop flexibility and strength while safely preparing for gymnastics. Please make every effort to arrive on time.

MAKE-UPS: After ILLNESS ONLY. Keeping with our class ratios, walk-ins are not guaranteed admittance to the class. 1 make-up per semester for illness.

OBSERVATION: Parents and visitors are welcome to observe from our second floor only. Parkettes is NOT responsible for items left in your vehicle or in Cubby Room.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: We reserve the right to cancel any class with less than 3 students enrolled. Check our website  Cancellations do not necessarily coincide with gym closings.
