Demonstrating a proper run, hurdle on board using a proper arm circle and tight body punch to a squat on a 24” crash mat to stretch.


Same as above but execute a forward roll on to mat to stand


Pull over with spot or Jump to front support. 
With straight arms Toe touch bar with straight legs L and R leg.
Bird feeder (Pike over bar wrist shift to a front support with straight arms) 


Front support, Leg swing over mount, swing legs back to squat on the beam. Stand to releve hold. 
3 coupe walks, Coupe hold 3 seconds on flat foot. Step lock releve 1/2 pivot turn.
Arabesque 30 degrees above the beam. hold 3 sec. close to lock position. 
1/4 pivot turn. Straight or straddle jump dismount off side of beam. 



Forward Roll to stand, 3 coupe steps, step Passé hold to chasse, step cartwheel finish in a lunge position. Close to lock.   
Roll back to candlestick, lie flat Push up to a bridge hold 3 sec. (Straighten arms, shoulders over hands), lie flat roll up to push up position squat in to stand. Pose
